At any time you can check the status of your

HOW TO ORDER:
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or by mail in the US.
Canada orders can be placed online, or by phone only.
Orders outside the US/Canada are placed online only, and/or
arranged via email.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card,
and PayPal
(accepted via our secure server)
Orders placed are reflected on your statement
as:
"TODAYSMUSIC.COM"

We also accept payments via PayPal. Simply select the desired payment method
during online checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP:
All orders are shipped, no local pickup is available.

International customers please read the information
on importing regulations, and fees PRIOR to placing your
order. All orders/prices are in USD:
International policies

SALES TAX:
6.500% state sales tax will be applied, to the purchase
price, on all orders shipped to Florida only.

COUPONS:
Coupons/promotions used during checkout apply towards a
discount on the item(s) purchased only. The coupon
does not apply towards shipping costs.

PAYMENT METHODS:
All orders must be prepaid.
USA: For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Google Checkout,
Cashier's check/money order, and personal/business checks
(USA only).
Personal/business checks must clear before shipment and will
delay processing of your order. If paying with a
personal or business check it requires a 10 business day
clearance (from our receipt of the check) before your order
will ship.
CANADA: We accept
all major credit cards, a Canada Post Money order payable
in USD, or a bank wire transfer. No personal/business checks.
Outside USA/CANADA:
We may accept credit cards for certain value items,
but reserve the right to request a bank wire transfer at any
time. Generally, the payment method will be a bank
wire transfer. Please read our
International policies for further
details. Contact us for other payment alternatives.

SHIPPING METHODS/POLICIES:
Shipping quotes are available by simply adding the desired
products to your shopping cart and entering in the zip code
the order will be shipped to. Prices are based upon
the total weight, and destination of the order. We
ship with UPS, FedEx, and the US postal service. UPS
shipping is quoted during checkout. FedEx or US postal
service can be substituted upon request (see below).
USA (contiguous 48
states only)
Our default shipping method is via UPS. We can also
substitute the equivalent FedEx service, or postal service upon request. If you have a certain
preference, please let us know during checkout. Or
send us an email after placing the order.
FedEx shipping can be substituted upon request for the same
price. Simply choose the appropriate UPS
service, and mention 'ship via FedEx' in the Special
Instructions during checkout. Your order will then
ship via the equivalent FedEx service for the same price. Please note:
We do not ship collect, or third party billing.
Upgrades: Certain lightweight items may
be shipped via USPS Priority Mail shipping for the same
price as Ground. This results in a faster
delivery at no additional cost and is done at our
discretion.
PO BOX ORDERS
If a PO BOX is given as the only shipping address, it will
automatically be sent via the equivalent US postal service.
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. We do not guarantee the delivery time in transit via US
mail.
USA (HI, AK, PR,
VI, APO/FPO)
We currently offer USPS
Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail to these destinations.
When arranged in advance, we can also offer FedEx/UPSmethods to HI, and AK. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands will require a signature at
delivery. USPS Priority mail will generally take 3-4
business days to AK, or HI. 3-5 business days to PR,
4-6 business days to the VI. The time in transit
varies for orders sent to APO/FPO addresses.
OUTSIDE THE USA
International orders are shipped via First Class
International, Priority Mail International, or Express Mail
International (EMS).
We can also ship via courier (UPS/FedEx/DHL) when arranged
in advance.
Duties and taxes may be due for importing merchandise into
the destination country. Please read our
International policies prior to ordering.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:
Ground orders generally ship out within one to two business days from the time
they are placed. UPS Air orders, (Next Day Air, 2nd
Day Air) will generally ship the same
business day if placed and approved before 2:00 PM Eastern
time Mon/Wed/Fri. Otherwise, it will generally ship
the next business day
(check with us to confirm availability of same day
shipping). Priority Mail is generally 2 - 3 business
days from shipment and Express mail 1 - 2 business days from
shipment.

Orders are not
shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and carrier holidays. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery
after your order has shipped (Ground shipping only).
Expedited shipping options are offered during checkout for
quicker delivery times. Shipping is always quoted in
business days. If you select 3-day shipping, for
example, it does not necessarily mean your order will be
delivered 3 days from shipment. Saturdays, Sundays,
and carrier holidays do not count towards the three business
days. You can login to
'My Account' and retrieve the package tracking number
after the order is sent. The tracking number will also
be included in the shipment confirmation email.

NEXT DAY AIR
10:30 AM delivery may not be available to all zip codes.
In certain zip codes the overnight delivery occurs in the
afternoon. The 10:30 AM delivery time is not
guaranteed during peak season (Dec 17th - 24th).
Overnight deliveries, during this time, may occur later in
the day.

OVERNIGHT (SATURDAY DELIVERY) -
If ordering Next Day Air on Thursdays AFTER 2:00 PM
Eastern, or Fridays BEFORE 2:00 PM Eastern, you can request
Next Day Air with optional Saturday delivery option (check
with us to confirm availability of same day shipping).
Simply place the order online with regular Next Day Air and
specify 'SATURDAY DELIVERY' in the special instructions.
An additional fee of $12.50 will apply for Saturday Delivery
(in addition to the Next Day Air price). You may also
order via phone. If your order is shipping Next Day
Air on Friday and you do not specify 'SATURDAY DELIVERY',
then the order will be delivered Monday instead (unless
Monday is a carrier holiday).

FedEx Home Delivery (RESIDENTIAL FEDEX GROUND) transit
days are
Tuesday-Saturday, not including shipper holidays.

Please note that all orders valued at $500,
or more, may require a signature at delivery, regardless of
the shipping method used.

LOCAL PICKUP:
All orders are shipped, no local pickup is available.
