Orders shipped Internationally (outside the USA) may be
subject to customs, tariffs, and/or fees in the
destination country.
Customers are responsible for payment of all duties,
tariffs/taxes assessed by customs. We have no control over these fees. Invoices will
be prepared accurately. If you do not agree
with the fees, do not place the order.
Product Functions:
Please note certain items are designed for operation in
the US, and Canada only. The atomic clocks/weather
stations, for
instance, will only receive a signal from the US
transmitter. When using these products overseas,
the time and date must be set manually. All other
features will work the same. If you are unsure whether a
particular item will work in your country, please email
us first.
Payment: We
will accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover if the
order is under $100.00 USD. For higher amounts,
credit cards may be accepted with additional
verification. However, we reserve the right
to request payment via Bank
Wire Transfer at any time, at our discretion.
For fastest processing please use PayPal as the
payment method during checkout.
If payment is via Bank Wire Transfer, customer is
responsible for all wire transfer fees.
Our default shipping
methods are USPS First Class Intl, Priority Mail
International, and Express Mail International (EMS):
We can substitute courier shipping upon request, at
additional cost. UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

PRIORITY MAIL INTL - Generally 1 - 2 weeks from
shipment.
EXPRESS MAIL INTL - Generally 4 - 10 days

TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED VIA US MAIL
For guaranteed delivery times, you must contact
us in advance for shipment via courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
SIZE RESTRICTIONS: Some of our items
cannot be shipped via (EMS) service to certain countries
due to size restrictions. If this is the case, we
will use Priority Mail International shipping which allows for a
larger size. You will only pay for the service
that was actually used.
NOTE: All orders are in USD, and will be
billed to you in USD. Conversion from US dollars
to your local currency will apply on your credit card
statement.
